Here's a distraction: It looks to me like the Malaysia Airline incident is going to unfold as one of the pilot's on a suicide mission. Everything is pointing towards that really horrible scenario.
US Investigators still contend that engine data was received by Rolls-Royce as far as 4 hours after contact was lost with the plane, and a satellite received about 5 "pings" from the plane (no data - since Malaysia Airlines did not subscribe to the service) after the loss of contact as well - and those "pings" occur approximately once per hour.
Looks to me like one of the pilot's took out the other, turned off the transponder, and made a sharp turn and headed towards the Indian Ocean (as per military radar). He probably just kept on flying until he ran out of gas or until he felt he was somewhere that the plane wouldn't be found to quickly - no chance of any survivors.
I just hope no one on board knew what was happening. God forbid this coward would have woken them all up and tormented them the entire time. And that re-inforced cockpit door - based on how it looks when the pieces are found should tell us wether or not anyone was aware..........
50 year old Capt. Zaharie Ahmad Shah, with 18,365 flight hours - who enjoyed flying so much he actually built his own "at-home flight simulator"....and his 1st Officer Fariq Ab Hamid, 27, with 2,763 flight hours. Their lives are currently being closely examined while the search for the plane now includes the Indian Ocean.........
