Att Young reps 90% plaintiffs and Gwyn has been fighting The 15-16 member fund suit -which is for involentary BK chapter 7 -Gwyn whats to desperately get chapter 11 _ under 11 or reorganization he gets to sell all frozen assets -BE it Known that under chapter 7 the court will liquid all of level 3's assets- this requires court appointed trustees who after looking at all his -IMO- fraud -they the fed trustees have the right to hire a special fed prosecutor -and that my friends will send Bruce aka bernie mayhoff- up the river- again to avoid any BG's$$ desperateration's- this is -ha- my opinion....
