I know Bruce and he will not dump shares and to make it even more sure he had to use all his considerable number of shares as collateral for his legal and accounting team to prove that not only did he not get overpaid at his fund but is still owed a considerable balance.His issue were reporting properly and poor management procedures as the fund manager.
There was no proven wrong doing but they destroyed him financially. His shares are still in certificate form!!!
