Im using an ipad. And the rail line was to go further than madison. How about the whole route? Minnesota chicago etc. Were listed as well. And some people dont have cars or dont want to drive. AND the business and tax revenue would be GREATER than the original cost as the money works its way through the system, not to mention lots of good paying jobs we badly need.
