I thought Darrell Peterson/IR Rubicon was a idiot and when I spoke to him  he continued to say over and over "If you do not like us sell your shares" when I would ask legit questions.

That is not a IR person and if he is any part of the new company I am out in a flash.

He is not a person I'd want in front representing me.
