Good question. The other question is whether, as would seem apparent, Rubicon and Peterson were working both sides against the middle. Rubicon and Peterson were IR for SK at the same time they were in league with AVNE, Lotus (Crystal confederate), and iequity -- who, from all appearances, were plotting a palace coup. Were the SEC to ban all of these people from direct involvement with public companies who would shed a tear? The investing public are fed up with characters like these.
