Good point TheCEO, I also forgot to mention the late filings in parallel with the Gwyn news didn't help in bringing the PPS down to the mid to high 2's.  I hesitated thinking it might go lower and didn't buy and then it popped relatively quickly. Those analysts like cool who know 500% more than I do; bought tons of 2's and are still very green because of it.
