TheCEO,  IMHO TECO needs to time it carefully as not to let the hedgies cause too much damage but just like in June; the buyers took her back to the high 6's.  IMO they should stack the deck to parallel with the financials and blow them out of the water that way.   They should annouce week over week improved BOPD in a PR that's issued every 3-4 days and regardless if the BOPD wording needs to be in the past tense since those increases could be coming now.  Not to sound negative and just keeping it real; I just hope they are seeing the BOPD consistently as is being implied so they can do what I hope for.  Belize should be ripe for this type of PR bomb campaign by the beginning to mid November financials.  Revenue in the 3rd 10Q won't reflect Belize or all of Texas BOPD but any recent and ongoing improvement in Texas BOPD and Belize to come  and in combination with increased/record revenue; look out above.
