I am still of the belief the Crystal Falls debacle was a back door, stock selling scam.  Cyrystal Falls, Jan, Darrell Peterson (how the fk does this guy get 5,393,000 shares of AVNE, now wortless), AVNE were all in this stock selling scam all along.  I'll bet SKTO is not allowed to merge with AEGY.
