Several sites note its dark-cloud effect on the sector and see it as an SEC shot across the bow to companies who overnight glom on to mmj. As the equity partner of AVNE and wheeler-dealer of the AVNE debacle, iequity is no longer in the shadows. On the contrary, the iequity brand is being publicly stigmatized, and the negative publicity can only get worse. The merger must be clean of the baggage, or it will be D.O.A. Full stop.
