Wow, I could not have said it better. They need to distance themselves from the the old management or no one will trust this company even if it shows great earnings.

Benz has to know this and can see the mess he is in,  at not fault of his doing.

Sad Henry Jan is not the person to get us to the next level and the sooner he can relinquish his post and fill it with great management the sooner we will then move forward.
