I just looked at the AVNE chart indicators for the first time and it looks like there is some HUGE dilution/dumping on the 26th and 27th. When SKTO PR'd about the inaccuracies I think the SEC just pulled the plug on it since they had some regsho issues with their securities already. The deal wasnt even closed and they dumped big on the inaccurate news, which triggered the SEC move imo
