About AVNE: In a given SEC suspension order, the reason or reasons for suspension of trading are given. It's not pro forma boiler plate. Apparently, the most common reasons given by SEC are lack of information about the company, accuracy of public information such as PRs, or questions about trading such as potential insider trading or market manipulation.

In the case of AVNE, the SEC included questions about "the control of the company" as well as about its business operations, trading in its securities, and adequacy and accuracy of publicly available information.

This inclusion of questions about "control of the company" the securities attorney found notable because the SEC has lately been paying particular attention to undisclosed controllers of public companies and illegal custodianship actions.

SEC:  "The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of Aventura because of  questions concerning the adequacy and accuracy of publicly available information about  Aventura, including, among other things, its financial condition, the control of the company, its  business operations, and trading in its securities."

Frankly, I think AVNE may be in hotter water than we think. The so-called "deal" and "agreement" involved iequity and AVNE, not SKTO. It's reasonable to assume the former two parties may have some tough questions to answer as well as unreleased information to disclose.
