A deal by definition requires at least two agreeing parties.
If IP was transferred to AV Labs, who were the parties to the agreed transfer?
This leads to the questions: What IP was transferred? Who owned the IP? Who executed the transfer of the IP? What did the IP owner receive in consideration of the transfer? Who owns the IP now? Naturally, with the fall of AV Eq., the question is, What will be the disposition of said IP?
