I just got off the phone with Mr. Shaw. I expressed my thoughts and thanked him for his time. I do believe there will be an aggressive PR campaign throughout FY2014. I simply suggested to him that the company needs to provide details on what these shares have been used for before the K is released so the market can make a smarter decision.
IMO we can still carry 25 - 40 right now if we can get some forward looking numbers out of the company. Q1 should virtually be a slam dunk on the numbers they'll achieve. But, first they need to address what the FY2013 results were. Maybe one PR could cover both items.
That's my opinion.
Still holding 2M long. I'm not shook yet. I just want to know what the shares were used for.
