No on the MM question...don't know. But, these shares IMO will either be explained via PRs, 8Ks (i.e. deals completed that involved the shares), or we'll have to wait on the K and review the subsequent events section.
My hope is that we get information on revenue generating deals that are attached to these 45Mish shares that were issued. I'm okay with dilution as long as they result in massive rev growth.
IMO the company needs to explain this before the K so folks don't have to guess.
