New regs coming into effect will cramp a bit of the Naked Shorting. I am sure they will weasel their way around new regulations in short order...there are people taking profits to drive the PPS down further only to re-buy lower. Stinks but thats the game they play...They bash, sell some create a drop and buy back in. Rinse repeat. I just hope they get caught when we do retrace up to and beyond the old highs!
