Hey kp. So ive been doing some reading and i have come to find out that Naked Shorting is in fact legal in many respects to the pinks. I also do not believe the action is MMs any more. This is sellers due to NTEKs failure to deliver the NP-1. Not bashing just tired of NTEKs bull #$%& responses about the NP-1.
They have not given us one thing we can hold in our and yet. We know of one investor who NTEK clearly had a vested interest in getting a NP-1 into his hands and that's it.
