Typically yes- but they are expediting completion of the first building so it can be up and running before the other is completed, which will allow them to gain the license sooner and start growing sooner. And it seems very likely that the will get the license.

I'm not concerned with pricing now. I have faith in Bill and in this company, and I think big things are going to happen much sooner than in six months. Hopefully we'll have some good new Monday.
