Wouldn't the permanent fence be one of the last things to go up since the equipment needs to move around. From the last pictures I've seen the building has a long way to go still?

It seems to me what's more important will be any contracts Bill announces between now and April 1.

I highly doubt Bill would spend millions on all this construction if there wasn't close to a 100% chance of approval for the license.

Like I said I'm buying a bunch more and if we're under 10 cents in 6 months I'll start to worry but I think we'll be much much higher?
