"Pulte also said it would be smart to consider opening a construction debris and recycling depot in the city as part of the blight effort. Such a depot could help control disposal costs."
Nice Find. I've been looking for something like that with all the chatter about blight removal. This is the 1st I've seen.
Pulte certainly is not going to build a waste Depot. Their expertise is in building. I wonder why he just brought this up. Could he possibly be in touch with Cirque management and visa-versa. I know Pulte is a big supporter of New Mayor Duggan. We also know that Duggan knows KB Stallworth. KB is a huge supporter of Duggan. I would be surprised if Pulte doesn't know Stallworth.
Nice article here on why Pulte started the "Detroit Blight Authority"

"Indeed, the Pulte name has been synonymous with home building since 1950, when Bill’s grandfather, also named Bill, constructed his first bungalow on Detroit’s east side . Since then Pulte Group has delivered more than 600,000 homes in 28 states, and its stock is worth some $6.5 billion. Bill’s father owns Boca Raton-based Mark Timothy , which builds $50 million mansions."
