I agree with everything in your post. My only problem is that we are being told and have been told since Jan that the project will be started by the end of the 1st quarter of 2014. We have been given many timelines and I don't remember one that has been kept. This is a great business model IMO but you have to execute it and the 1st step is getting started. 34 days left and counting, we shall see.
