Physical mailings take longer, conflict of interest or not.
It's going to cause less delay at this time to call your brokers and get the voting control numbers. I called Fidelity Friday evening, so I can be sure my votes are exercised before COB Monday.
If I understand correctly, the voting closes once majority consent is reached -- just a matter of days now.
The only minor side concern I have based on the number of days it's taken me to not yet receive my paper ballot, is that the post card mailing will take a long time to reach shareholders.
