I believe BCAP will file a form 14 to obtain sec reporting status and uplist and I believe it could be done well before end of this year. We will get an update on that uplist when it happens. I dont believe an S-1 will be filed for BCAP because S-1 are used to register new shares and we have none left to register until July 2014.
