Keep in mind......the whales never met!

And don't think they are stock savy.....and don't think that they are Baltia savy, either.  They certainly are not.  I know that for a fact, as I have had conversations with most of them.

They are very wealthy guys where a couple of million dollars doesn't make much of a difference - but they don't want to lose it either.

Baltia goes sub-penny, and they very well might sell (certainly not all of them, but even just a few could loosen up hundreds of millions of shares).

Look at the bulk of the sales that occurred late last week and the beginning of this week.  Look at level II.  The bulk of those sales occurred very suddenly and at the bid - like 4 to 6 million shares at a clip. 

I know......I grabbed most of them (but certainly not all).

LOL........sit on the sidelines and watch this one blow right past you......but you must somewhere deep inside realize that the "Perfect Storm" that is coming in a few months is going to make today's penny shares look like the biggest bargain of the year...........
