My point exactly Slow. Treaty made errors as all know. But more important is the resistance Treaty and the GOB faced from Oceana and the few retirees, such Gordon Kirkwood that choose to reside there and do not want  their precious resources damaged. Without thinking of the one's that would have benefited the most from oil exploration.
Even Gordon in his early posts noted that Treaty was doing an OK job. All the while backstabbing them and the shareholders.
Anyone who would hire Max who screwed up Treaty big time will pay  the consequences of his erroneous work ethics and performance.
