JBI is responsible for that leak. As I have explained, I have worked in many Corporations as a Consultant. In each and every one, I sign a document promising not to disclose anything confidential to the company. Each and every company I have worked for has a Code of Ethics. More so in the US, ,actually. When I have worked for a US-based company in their Canadian office it has been more so. Yet, in most cases I could have packed a document like that into my briefcase, gone home and published it on the internet. Worse, gave it to a competitor. Because of the Code of Ethics and Common Sense I would never do that.

So, JBI either had an internal leak, which does not make much sense, or it was deliberately leaked, or someone was creating mischief. If it was mischief (someone created it on a whim), it would not have been worthy of a response by JBI. so it s one of the other 2. In either case, they are ultimately responsible.
