Maybe thats why they are looking for Big Long term holders...if i needed 200,000 dollars i would strike deals also at a good price. If anything they arent dumping shares, but transfering shares at a set trade price to the said organization. Therefore i would assume the company will be liable the withdraw of such investment. IMO Its better than dumping because dilution hasn't happend but horrible for us even though we are investors just like the people cutting those sweet price deals.
