I think they don't have very much money until the supposedly major financing comes through. I would of probably made sure I had enough money to start my business the right way before jumping into it. I for sure would have had someting worked out to get the 200,000$ needed for the financing fee, that is kind of a no brainer and that seems to be up in the air on how they are going to do that as well.
