The upside is that -- as with the suppression of the price of gold by central banks colluding with major financial houses, a conspiracy  proven in a court of law several years ago -- the price of SKTO, like the artificially suppressed price of gold for many years looking back, is artificially low allowing bargain basement accumulation.
