Yes, I read that too. My thought was relative to the Regulatory aspects they glossed over page 1 & 2. They had Increased Top Line Growth Y/Y. Without actually seeing the balance sheet, my guess is they  had increased expenses. It nailed their Contribution margin and Net Gain Productivity. Hence reduced Bottom Line.
