6 months gives everyone involved a chance to get their "fair share".  You have to make it believable enough so that when all is said and done, Baltia actually feels like it was worth it.

6 months gives Baltia HQ enough time to "believe" and "accept" the fact that this is how business is done.....that they have to grease the wheels in order to accomplish what they want.

.....and I honestly think that Igor is a sharp enough cookie to know how this works.......but it is just that these are the things that must remain unsaid.............
