Fair enough, but why 6 months? You know I'm a numbers guy, so give me something that points to "6 months." A gut reaction, perhaps? I'll counter with this - I have multiple sources, one of whom you know, telling me the Russian approval will be a maximum 6-week affair. Again, MAXIMUM.

Igor (who isn't one of my sources) stated during the shareholders meeting that the Russian approval is a 30-45 day process. And when it comes to corruption, let's face it...do you think it gets any more corrupt than our political system here in the "land of prosperity"? Don't forget about why we're in Michigan FSDO and not New York.
