Good night CashStrapped....  Thanks!  -  I think that MR. Nielson is a very Responsible CEO and I do not think that a  R/S  is  on  his mind.-  If he would have considered an eventual R/S at  year end  then why not doing one right now and get it over!!!......

I am incline to think like you do that  an  Awareness  Campaign when he judge the time is right might start and might bring the "changes" we need.....Any special Event.... .and Things could change very fast for the better ???.....

Unfortunately the stock did suffer by being Heavily Manipulated by some Dishonest Groups and from Relentless Bashing going on and on for months!!!.....

Personally will patiently wait because there are not many stocks that gives me a Comfortable feeling  and,  with the majority of  P/D  that  OTC Market offer.....it is very easy to lose what you gain????.....
