He/CWRN no doubt is/are following the attorneys advice to lay low until the sec settlement is finished- dont know whats taking that so long as facts were determined w doj plea in June and his attorney was in contact w sec in june as per posts then.  Pending sec finished settlement its totally normal for attorneys to advise laying low. The previous settlement of Aug 2011 came undone somehow-which logically indicates it wasnt finalized -which under the same attorney advice would have had him quiet about it. Some days ago he said:

"I can't say anything to anyone, which drives me nuts also.."

This very well could apply to pics right now also-but such silence now also could indicate things are close to resolution,as its the most quiet before resolution.
