I do believe the keyword is ACCUSED and unfortunately for those that want to see JBII fail, that does not them guilty.

IF the SEC had any proof I might we worried, but all I'm seeing is accusations and allegations. I am one of those private placement investors and I am extremely happy with my investment. Media credits or books/numbers had nothing to do with it and since the buy in was 80 cents, I'm still green.

BTW, you have a couple of lines in quotation marks, but you don't appear to have attributed it to anyone. I'm fairly certain that quote did not come from the SEC or their lawyers. Could you please supply the source you are quoting or did it just come from some sort of hit piece/blog with an axe to grind?
