MSJ is acting like a holding company, imo. They are keeping the assets safe and intact until a JV partner or buyer can be found. Once that happens and they move the assets into another shell or are absorbed into the new company, they can then value the deal and make an announcement on the details. Until that happens, there really isn't much to report. They might even be in a quiet period while a deal is completed as in non disclosure.
