Baltia's future is in the hands of both its professional managers and the regulators.  The future of Baltia's stock is in the hands of the investment community.  Unfortunately, the investment community is often manipulated.  Let's hope that Baltia's stock value is not being adversely impacted by unscrupulous stock manipulators -
