also .  .  .  whereas the certification methodology has been revamped, the FAA's demeanor in its communications has not .  .  .  .  ergo, the reality of the vagueness in their casual use of their getting back within "30 days".    Even Baltia personnel were amused as such a misguided literal interpretation of the timeline in the letter -  an understandable error for those not used to working with the FAA, but far too thin to put out as the gospel .  .  .
