Thanks for the reply.  So, for all practical purposes, the AS has been increased to 4.7 billion shares. Or, to put it another way, it has been increased 2 billion shares.  Interesting they did it two ways.  Increasing the common as well as the preferred.  Any speculation at this point as to why?  Sounds, perhaps, like opening the door to fresh investors.  Maybe we'll find out when the end of year statement is released.  My best to you,  Jim
