On the Idaho SOS website you may find the "viewing Business entity" page for Highline Technical Innovations. It shows 470 million for "number of authorized stock shares."
If you drop down the page to "amendments" and open "Amendment filed 18 Dec 2013" you will see the authorized shares from that filing. It authorizes 3 billion 700million of common and another 100 million of preferred which are convertible 10 for 1. If the shares are converted you have another 1billion.
Add those together and you have a total of 4billion 700million.
That is 470 million times 10! So just add a zero to the 470million and the numbers agree.
