I called scottrade and talked with Carolyn at 1-800-619-7283 Scottrade Service Center
She informed me that as far as she could tell Scottrade would take CDFT cert.
I explained it was an OTC and gave her the ticker.
She said it looked positive. Also she said it should only take 1-2 business days.
Please check for yourselves and let me know if you hear different.
