I am in Puerto Rico and do not have a broker to deposit my cert. Are there any of your brokers in the east coast willing to accept the cert ificate deposit?  Can anyone give me their  name and contact information so I can see if I can do the transaction with them? I contacted Scottrade.com by email and they said they will not accept the cert from CDFT.  My contact information is ada_santiago@live.com Thank you in advance.
