.......since there has been mention of a Holding company, one wonders why DUTV has not been more forthcoming with information. I thought there was something already in place, ie Digital Utilities/Digital Utilities Ventures.
I've no doubt that GM is already expert in this given the history of DUTV since Broken Arrow.
It will be most interesting to how things shake out in the filings.
