DUTV has mentioned PRs and talked about counting minutes.  I take that to be material events; or other events considered to be of importance.  They have not updated us with said information.  That begs the question why?  How do they thread the needle legally?
The OTC seems clear:  Within 4 Days.  As that hasn't happened, there may be a loophole via a Holding company and its reporting requirements.  The other possibility is that it was false to start with.  I believe the tech is valid; hence looking for the loophole and wondering about the direction the company will take next.
I guess it's just part of DD.  Sometimes, you shake weeds and bushes to see what else you can find.
