Those were the Options/Preferred A I do believe that were priced at .20. I have zero concerns with any of these getting converted any time soon, if ever. That's simply not the plan from my vantage point. They are simply not going to destroy their capital structure by converting Preferred and Options.
There is no short position to speak of in EWSI. I think the most I've seen is about 23K shares. The people bashing the company are simply trying to get a cheaper PPS from a sell off that they can buy and flip for a few hundred bucks. Eleniak, on the other hand, is simply full of horse manure and should have no effect at all on anyone who understands market basics and EWSI as a company.
