Does this mean new executives would need to be paid out of that 25 million from October if they acquire a Chinese company and promote 1 or 2 people to EWSI executive leadership? 

Also wasn't the conversion rate above our 52 week highs? I remember people ecstatic about the conversion rate of S-8 shares comparable to current PPS but it's been a while..
