We'll just have to wait and see if he's willing to share this type of information at this juncture.  But, a question never asked is a question never answered.  I have asked a few of these questions in the normal course of communication over the past couple months with no answers received.  Maybe he'll be ready to shed some light on them now.

As a side note, one way to track the need for more dilution is via S-8 Filings.  The last one was filed on Oct 9th for 25M shares.  Maybe current cash flows are adequate enough to allow for this block to last a bit longer?  The longer we go without another S-8 the better (know what I mean?).
