Dipstick, I still have faith in TECO as well.  I blame Max Mohammed for the Belize debacle.  Wasn't he getting paid $20k/month or some outrageous figure like that?   I think he was a geologist by trade but someone appointed him CEO of Treaty Belize for some outrageous reason?  Was he making the drilling decisions?  The Belize debacle proves something about Max M.!  Can you guess what that is? "Failure" comes to mind and overpriced failure at that!  For all we know some hedge fund manager bribed one of the Belize drillers to purposely misplace the packer. I can fathom any other reasoning for all the fock ups TECO has other than some level of interference by outside sources.  Even Mother Nature wants them to fail! LOL!
