DTL, I remember the pictures of the ground near the point of the first well, showing the oil on top of the ground. My thoughts, and obviously others, was that this was as "RIPE" of an area to drill as any. Between that and some pretty obvious advertising by Belize, conditions seemed good. As we have since learned, while there may be oil there, it is not an easy street venture. It "ain't like shooting at food and up come a bubblin' crude"! I can't in honesty blame TECO for making a solid "try", but Texas seems the better venture, and I'm only waiting for spring to make a big difference. I still have faith!
